Launch of the Witsuwit'en Conservation Planning Work!

With & For the Widzin Kwah!

Purpose: The Witsuwit'en are creating a new protected area in the Upper Widzin Kwah (Morice River) watershed and Cas Tl'at Kwah to look after salmon and the lands and waters they depend on.

The goal is to keep these rivers and lakes healthy so salmon can feed families and communities for generations to come.
