Operations

The Operations Team ensures the Organization continues to operate for the betterment of the Wet’suwet’en Nation and it’s peoples, through implementing and maintaining the guidance and directives provided by the Hereditary Chiefs through our Board of Directors.

Additionally, the team provides support with maintaining and updating workspaces, supporting the equipment and technology needs of the organization, managing and training staff on internal procedures and standards, and facilitating inter-departmental and external communication.

Our Operations team strives to foster and maintain a positive office culture and a healthy work/life balance for all staff.
